Supply ASAP ("Supply ASAP", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit supplyasap.com or interact with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide. When you use our contact or quote forms, email us, or call us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, project address, and any project details you share (product types, quantities, timelines).
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring sites, language, and cookie identifiers. We use Google Analytics to understand site usage.
  • Order information. If you place an order we collect shipping and billing addresses, order details, and payment information processed securely by our payment processors (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
  • Communications. We keep records of emails, messages, and calls we exchange with you.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to your quote requests, orders, and inquiries.
  • Process and fulfill orders, coordinate shipments, and handle returns.
  • Send account and transaction-related emails (confirmations, shipping updates, invoices).
  • Improve the site, measure traffic, and understand which products our visitors care about.
  • Detect fraud, enforce our Terms, and protect our legal rights.
  • Comply with legal obligations (tax, reporting, court orders).

We do not sell your personal information. If we ever share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we will update this policy and give you the chance to opt out first.

3. Cookies and Google Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences (like language), and measure usage. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects anonymized identifiers about how you use the site.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Most browsers also let you block cookies or warn you before accepting them. Blocking cookies may affect how the site works.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request not to share your personal information.

4. Who We Share With

We share information only with service providers who need access to operate our business, and only for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Hosting and database providers (including Supabase) that store form submissions and order data.
  • Email providers that deliver confirmations and communications.
  • Payment processors that charge your orders.
  • Shipping carriers and logistics providers that deliver your product.
  • Google Analytics for site measurement.
  • Professional advisors (accountants, lawyers) when necessary.
  • Government authorities when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

If Supply ASAP is sold, merged, or restructured, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you.
  • Request a copy of that information.
  • Request corrections to inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal exceptions (e.g. tax records).
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise these rights, email us at contact@supplyasap.com. We will verify your identity before responding and reply within the applicable legal window (generally 45 days under CCPA). You can use an authorized agent to submit the request on your behalf.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Order and billing records are retained for at least seven years for accounting and tax requirements. Form submissions without an associated order are retained for up to three years. Aggregated analytics data that no longer identifies you may be kept indefinitely.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable storage providers. No system is completely secure, however. If we have reason to believe your personal information has been compromised, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Visitors

Supply ASAP operates in the United States. If you visit from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US and subject to US laws, which may differ from the laws of your country.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by posting the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
