Accessibility Statement

Effective May 26, 2026

Our Commitment

Supply ASAP is committed to making supplyasap.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We work continuously to improve the experience for all users and to apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the technical standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and referenced by Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance.

WCAG 2.1 AA conformance means the site works with common assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice-recognition software) and meets requirements for color contrast, text sizing, alternative navigation, and error handling.

Measures We Take

  • Meaningful alternative text on informative images.
  • Semantic heading, list, and landmark structure for screen readers.
  • Proper form labels, error association, and status announcements.
  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
  • "Skip to main content" link for keyboard and screen reader users.
  • Language attributes so assistive tools pronounce content correctly.
  • Text that resizes up to 200% without loss of functionality.
  • Text color and background contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • No keyboard traps in modals, menus, or forms.

Technologies Supported

The site is tested against the following combinations:

  • Browsers: latest two versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
  • Screen readers: NVDA and JAWS on Windows; VoiceOver on macOS and iOS; TalkBack on Android.
  • Keyboard navigation, screen magnification, and voice recognition (Dragon NaturallySpeaking, OS-built-in voice control).

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of the site may have accessibility limitations:

  • The interactive global warehouse map (on the About page) is built on MapLibre. The key information is also presented in text form near the map.
  • Some product catalog PDFs may not be fully tagged for screen readers. If you need the information in an accessible format, contact us and we will provide it.
  • Third-party content (embedded payment processors, certain social media embeds) may not meet our accessibility standard. We work to minimize reliance on inaccessible third-party content.

Alternative Formats

If you need product information, specifications, warranty sheets, or legal documents in an accessible format (large print, plain text, audio, or otherwise), contact us. We will provide what you request at no cost within five (5) business days.

Reporting Accessibility Issues

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on supplyasap.com — something that prevents you from completing a task or accessing information — we want to hear about it. Please include the following when you reach out so we can investigate quickly:

  • The specific page URL.
  • A description of the problem and what you were trying to do.
  • Your browser, operating system, and any assistive technology you use.
  • How you'd prefer us to follow up with you.

We respond to accessibility inquiries within five (5) business days and follow up with a plan or fix. If the barrier prevents us from serving you right now, we will help you by phone or email to complete your task while we work on the fix.
